Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Williamsburg, Virginia, delivering professional, technical, and management support to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and DoW customers across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.


About the Role

TSI is hiring a Logistician II to support a Navy technical program at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This role provides integrated logistics support across a portfolio of Navy systems and equipment, working directly with engineers and program stakeholders to enhance system readiness and accountability.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute logistics support activities under the NAVSUP PBL-O agreement for EOD Diving equipment and spares
  • Review supporting documentation and submit redlines for Technical Manuals, PMS, APLs, drawings, training materials, and technical reports
  • Support supply and provisioning activities, including Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and Table of Allowance (TOA) management
  • Contribute to maintenance planning and support validation of equipment configurations alongside engineering staff
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other documentation associated with the PBL-O effort
  • Support shipment preparation and coordination for systems and support equipment moving to customer sites
  • Participate in the ISEA EOD Diving and Logistics bi-weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and trip reports as required
  • Provide monthly status input on assigned tasks, including progress, issues, and funding status
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of professional experience in integrated logistics support
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
  • Experience supporting supply support, provisioning, or technical documentation functions
  • Working familiarity with logistics products such as Table of Allowance (TOA), maintenance plans, or Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required and submit trip reports
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and reporting support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or PBL-O agreements
  • Familiarity with EOD, diving life support systems, or Navy fleet equipment programs
  • Experience with technical documentation standards such as MIL-STD-31000B, MIL-STD-100G, or MIL-DTL-24784D
  • Prior Navy or military logistics background

Compensation and Benefits


Compensation: $60,000 - $62,000
