Description
The Tippecanoe School Corporation is currently seeking candidates for substitute teaching. The TSC encompasses 437 square miles of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. TSC operates 3 high schools, 6 middle schools and 11 elementary schools. Below are general guidelines to be considered for the position.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • A valid Indiana Teaching License or Indiana Substitute Teacher Permit is required. You will be given instructions IF you are selected as a substitute and do not have a permit.
  • Any candidate recommended for hire will be asked to complete an expanded criminal history clearance at their cost (starting at $28.85) and Indiana DCS.
  • Experience working with children or life experience preferred
  • Preference will be given to those who have 60 hours or more of college semester credits.
