Job Summary
WINTrio LLC is seeking an experienced Trusted Tester Level II to support Federal Section 508 compliance initiatives across web-based ICT and electronic documents.
The successful candidate will conduct accessibility testing, remediate electronic documents and forms, develop test plans, interpret accessibility findings, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders. This role combines advanced web accessibility testing with hands-on Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF remediation.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform Section 508 accessibility testing of websites, web applications, and other ICT.
  • Apply the current Trusted Tester Section 508 Conformance Test Process for Web.
  • Perform accessibility testing and remediation of electronic documents and forms.
  • Remediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF content.
  • Apply Federal Accessibility Tests for Documents.
  • Develop accessibility test plans for ICT evaluations.
  • Interpret accessibility test results and identify corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance on remediation of Section 508 defects.
  • Review Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) and Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs).
  • Provide accessibility technical assistance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support users completing accessibility and Trusted Tester training activities.
  • Validate completed remediation and maintain supporting test documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of the Revised Section 508 Standards.
  • Trusted Tester Version 5.0 or later Certification required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of accessibility testing experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience testing and remediating electronic documents for Section 508 conformance.
  • Experience evaluating Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF documents.
  • Experience developing accessibility test plans and interpreting test results.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
