Job description

Location: Scottsdale Area, Arizona (Hybrid) 4 days in office
Comensation will be determined by how many years and credentials (115K to 140K) plus bonus

Join a High-Touch Fiduciary Team

A highly respected boutique fiduciary and wealth management firm is seeking a Trust Officer to join its growing Scottsdale team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-focused trust professional who enjoys administering trust and estate accounts while delivering exceptional white-glove client service. Unlike many larger institutions, you\'ll have dedicated administrative support, manageable account loads, and the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with high-net-worth families rather than being buried in administrative work.

What You\'ll Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of trust and fiduciary accounts.
  • Administer revocable, irrevocable, charitable, and other complex trust relationships in accordance with governing documents and fiduciary standards.
  • Interpret trust documents and ensure compliance with fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Guide beneficiaries, families, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors through trust administration and ongoing fiduciary matters.
  • Coordinate discretionary distributions, trust reviews, estate administration activities, and ongoing client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with investment, tax, operations, and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Participate in fiduciary reviews, new account acceptance, and ongoing risk management discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring all accounts remain compliant with applicable regulations and company policies.
What We\'re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, estate administration, or as a Trust Officer.
  • Strong understanding of trust administration, fiduciary principles, trust documents, and estate planning concepts.
  • Experience working directly with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors.
  • Estate settlement (death administration) experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Special Needs Trusts is a strong plus.
  • CTFA preferred; JD, CFP, CPA, or other fiduciary-related credentials are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove service.
Why Join?
  • Competitive base salary plus annual incentive bonus
  • Dedicated Trust Administrator support
  • Lower account volumes that allow for deeper client relationships
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture with approachable leadership
  • Opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth families and trusted advisors
  • Excellent long-term career growth within an established fiduciary organization

If you\'re seeking an opportunity where your expertise is valued, your client relationships matter, and you can make a meaningful impact in a boutique, relationship-driven environment, we\'d love to connect
