We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and compassionate Paralegal to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in an organized and fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional client service.


The Paralegal will work closely with the attorneys and clients throughout the estate and trust administration process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining compassion and professionalism.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly to start


Responsibilities:
  • Assisting attorneys with estate planning matters
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Communicating with trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and advisors
  • Managing deadlines, calendars, and case progress
  • Assisting with asset collection and transfer coordination
  • Organizing and maintaining client files and records
  • Coordinating with CPAs and financial professionals, as needed
  • Maintaining regular client updates and follow-up communication
  • Supporting the overall client experience with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
  • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel (legal/case management software is a plus)
  • Prior experience in estate or legal planning
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
