  • Collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices and practice areas.
  • Managing multiple client matters while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.
  • Communicating legal strategies and recommended courses of action clearly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in private wealth, trusts and estates, or a closely related practice.
  • Prior law firm experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with sophisticated estate planning and drafting.
  • Experience with trust and estate administration.
  • Knowledge of estate and gift tax matters.
  • Experience with charitable planning.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional judgment and strong analytical abilities.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • A proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial approach to client service.
  • An active bar license in the state corresponding to the office where the candidate will practice, or a commitment to obtain admission as soon as possible.
