About Us - ย We are an independent wealth management firm founded by veteran advisors near Louisville, CO. Our mission is to provide personalized wealth management and investment planning services tailored to their clients' needs through comprehensive, honest advice.


Position Summary - This role is ideal for an early-career professional who has developed a strong foundation in financial planning and client service and is now looking to deepen their real-world advisory judgment, client relationship skills, and execution excellence. This position is client-facing and planning-oriented, with a clearly defined but intentionally paced advisor track. Early success in this role is driven by delivering a superior client experience, mastering planning, portfolio, and service workflows, and becoming a trusted extension of the advisory team before assuming formal relationship management responsibilities. This is a full-time, onsite position, with occasional remote work available as needed.


Responsibilities:

Client Service & Relationship Support (Primary Focus)

Serve as a primary point of contact and owner for day-to-day client service needs, including account maintenance, cashiering, scheduling, and inbound request triage.

Deliver timely, professional, and solutions-oriented service that reinforces trust and confidence with clients.

Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, Advisors, Operations, and custodians to ensure seamless execution.

Escalate planning or advice-related matters appropriately while maintaining ownership of follow-through.

Planning & Advisor Support (Growing Responsibility)

Support Advisors in preparation for client meetings, including agenda development, data gathering, and pre-meeting analysis.

Maintain accurate meeting notes, action items, and implementation tracking in the firm's CRM and planning systems including Advyzon and Jump Notesย 

Assist with financial planning workflows (data entry, plan updates, scenario modeling requests, implementation coordination).

Participate in client meetings as appropriate to build experience observing and contributing to planning conversations.

Implementation & Execution

Execute account opening and documentation with a high standard of accuracy and completeness.

Support implementation of planning recommendations (transfers, beneficiaries, systematic strategies, consolidations).

Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement of client service and planning workflows.

Compliance & Professional Standards

Operate in full compliance with firm policies, fiduciary obligations, and regulatory requirements.

What Success Looks Like (First 12-18 Months)

Clients experience consistent, proactive, and highly responsive service.

Advisors are fully prepared for meetings, with clean data, clear agendas, and reliable follow-up execution.

Planning tasks are completed accurately with increasing independence and judgment.

Implementation items move quickly and cleanly with minimal errors or rework.

The Associate is viewed internally as dependable, organized, and trusted with increasingly complex client work.


Career Development Path:

Phase 1: Wealth Management Associate (~0-18 months)

Focus on service excellence, planning workflow mastery, meeting preparation, and implementation execution.

Build judgment, confidence, and consistency before expanding advisory responsibilities.

Phase 2: Senior Associate / Planning-Focused Associate (~18-36 months) - Salary band increase

Take ownership of more complex planning support, plan updates, and client follow-up conversations.

Participate more actively in client meetings; begin handling defined planning components independently.

Limited relationship responsibility introduced selectively based on readiness.

Phase 3: Associate Advisor (~Timeline based on readiness, not tenure) - Salary band increase, potential revenue payout

Co-lead portions of client relationships.

Deliver planning recommendations under supervision.

Progress toward lead advisor responsibilities as experience, judgment, and client readiness align.ย 


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Approximately 2-3 years of full-time experience in a client-facing financial services role (internship experience considered).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through discipline.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced advisory environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel; ability to learn CRM and planning platforms quickly.

Experience with Advyzon, eMoney, Fidelity Wealthscape, Holistiplan all are a plusย 


Compensation & Benefits

CFP professional associate role with defined advisor-track progression. Compensation reflects current responsibility, with clear upside tied to readiness and expanded client ownership.

Base salary: $70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience and role scope.ย 

o Salary progression to be laid out in line with development path.ย 

Incentive Compensation: additional incentive compensation equal to ~10% of base salary for on target performance and attainment of team and personal goals
