TSB Title is expanding into the South Florida market and is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Licensed Title Agent to help establish and grow our presence throughout Miami and the surrounding areas.

This is not a traditional salaried title position. We are looking for a true business development professional—someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and serving as a market leader within the real estate community.

About the Opportunity

TSB Title is an attorney-backed title and settlement company serving Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and now Florida. We are known for delivering exceptional service, smooth transactions, and strong partnerships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, investors, and developers.

We are seeking a licensed Florida Title Agent who is passionate about relationship-building, business development, and creating long-term referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, investors, and builders

• Generate new title and settlement business throughout the South Florida market

• Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, educational seminars, and community events

• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and business growth

• Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to referral partners throughout the transaction process

• Collaborate with operations and closing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience

• Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business

• Create and execute business development strategies tailored to your market

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates affecting the real estate industry

• Act as a brand ambassador for the company and help establish our presence within the Florida real estate community

Qualifications

• Active Florida Title Agent License required

• Previous title insurance, settlement services, real estate, mortgage, or related business development experience preferred

• Existing network of real estate professionals is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Self-motivated and highly organized

• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal book of business

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Professional presence and commitment to exceptional client service

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
