Job description

Job Title:

Entry-Level Title Processor

Job Description:

Trusted Title, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re seeking a full-time Entry-Level Title Processor to join our team in Spring Hill, Florida.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the title and real estate industry. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a team, with the opportunity to develop into a Title Closer as their knowledge and experience grow.

Some previous title, real estate, mortgage, or transaction-related experience is a plus, but we’re looking for the right person first. Coachability, work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

What You’ll Do

As a Title Processor, you’ll help manage real estate transactions from contract through closing while working closely with our closing team, Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Responsibilities may include:

* Opening and processing new title files

* Reviewing contracts and file documentation for accuracy and completeness

* Ordering and reviewing title-related documents, searches, and supporting information

* Gathering information and documentation needed to move files toward closing

* Communicating with Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other transaction parties

* Tracking important deadlines and following up on outstanding items

* Maintaining organized and accurate files

* Identifying potential issues and communicating them to the appropriate team member

* Assisting the closing team throughout the transaction

* Learning Trusted Title’s systems, procedures, and workflow

* Taking on additional responsibilities as knowledge and experience grow

Who We’re Looking For:

The right person for this role is:

* Coachable, teachable, and eager to learn

* Detail-oriented and highly organized

* Dependable, accountable, and consistent

* A strong and professional communicator

* Comfortable working with different personalities

* Able to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations

* Able to prioritize multiple files, deadlines, and responsibilities

* A problem-solver who is willing to ask questions when needed

* Adaptable and receptive to feedback

* A true team player who is willing to jump in where needed

* Comfortable learning and following established systems and processes

* Interested in professional growth and building a long-term career with our company

Real estate transactions can be fast-moving and emotional. At times, you may be communicating with Realtors, lenders, buyers, or sellers who are frustrated, overwhelmed, or working against a deadline. The ability to communicate professionally, navigate different personalities, and keep moving toward a solution is an important part of this position.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Comfortable using computers and learning new software

* Ability to work full-time from our Spring Hill, Florida office

* Previous title industry experience is preferred, but not required

* Previous experience in real estate, mortgage, transaction coordination, administrative support, customer service, or another deadline-driven environment is a plus

Growth Opportunity:

We’re not simply looking to fill a seat.

Our goal is to find someone who wants to learn the business, become an important part of our team, and grow with Trusted Title long term.

For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to develop their knowledge and responsibilities over time and potentially progress from Title Processor to Title Closer.

We can teach the process. We’re looking for someone who brings the work ethic, attitude, emotional intelligence, and willingness to learn.

Location: Spring Hill, Florida

Position: Full-Time | In Office
