Uniting each endeavor is a commitment to creating and delivering unforgettable experiences — and we’re constantly looking for new ways to enhance these exciting experiences.

The Enterprise Technology mission is to deliver technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. Our group drives competitive advantage by enhancing our consumer experiences, enabling business growth, and advancing operational excellence.

Team Description:

The Global Network Engineering & Operations (GNEO) organization is responsible for the architecture, engineering, and operational integrity of the enterprise’s global telecommunications and network infrastructure. GNEO’s mission is to design, deliver, and operate scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions that support business capabilities across all regions and lines of business.

  • Serve as an asset data analyst: reconcile inventory and license data across tools/sources, perform periodic audits, and produce dashboards/metrics (e.g., compliance, refresh cycles, warranty exposure, utilization) to inform budgeting and lifecycle decisions.

  • Lead vendor management activities for network infrastructure hardware/software: track support cases, RMAs/repairs and replacements, manage SLAs/support coverage, and support contract terms, true-ups, and renewal negotiations.

  • Assist with network security and compliance activities (firmware/patch compliance, configuration standardization, vulnerability remediation support, log/monitoring coverage) in partnership with IT/security.

  • Reduce technical debt by driving standard configurations, eliminating unsupported/end-of-life infrastructure, coordinating upgrades/refreshes, and improving runbooks/documentation to increase stability and maintainability.

  • Minimize risk to the environment by following change management practices, assessing impact/rollback plans, validating monitoring/alerting coverage, and partnering on vulnerability remediation and resiliency improvements.
