About the Role:
Leading logistics company, is looking for reliable and experienced CDL Class A Solo Truck Drivers for FedEx PM Solo Linehaul positions and AM P&D Spot work located in  St. Louis, MO - Stations 631/633. 
Join J&R Trucking Solutions Inc as a FedEx OTR Driver and enjoy the freedom of the open road while being home weekly! We are looking for dedicated CDL A drivers to deliver exceptional service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

*Competitive Compensation:*
•         PM Linehaul Drivers: up to $0.65cpm based upon experience; potential to earn $85,000 annually!
•         AM P&D Spot Drivers: up to 35% of weekly Net Revenue
•         ALL MILES are PAID MILES. Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit
•         Safety Bonus:  All drivers will be eligible for a quarterly bonus provided no preventable safety/DOT incidents or truck damage 
•         Referral Bonus: Immediate increase to your rate for every referral hired
•         Home Time: Home Daily, PM Solo Runs dispatch multiple times, either 8-9pm or 2-3am, AM P&D Spot Runs dispatch late morning

Minimum Requirements:
•         1 Year of experience in the last 3 years OR
•         5 Years of experience in the last 10 years

Equipment and Training:

•         Equipment: 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadia Cabs - All automatic transmission
•         Training: In depth training provided to include Skills Assessment/Road Test, Coupling and Uncoupling Double Trailers; Ongoing training as necessary.
