Founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976, TRU Community Care is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving Boulder, Denver, and surrounding counties. With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
Title: PACE Day Center CNA
Location: Lafayette, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour
Bonus: $3,000
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to care for patients in our Lafayette, CO Day Center or in homes in the surrounding area.
The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a current Colorado CNA license
  • 1+ years of experience working as a CNA
  • Experience working with the frail or elderly population
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
