POSITION SUMMARY:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, coaching and developing team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong operational results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead daily front-of-house operations.
  • Coach, train, and develop hourly team members.
  • Create a positive guest experience through hospitality and service excellence.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage labor, costs, inventory, and service standards.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team development.
  • Be a visible leader on the floor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, hospitality, food amp; beverage, and cost controls.
Experience training and developing team members.
Ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment.
Education
Degree in hospitality or related field preferred; equivalent restaurant management experience welcome.
Certification (Required or ability to obtain)
Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission Certification,
ServSafe Manager Certification,
ServSafe Allergen Certification
(Preferred) First Aid and CPR
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of work location.
Physical
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to eight (8) hours in length.
This full-time role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of restaurant leadership responsibilities.
