Job Description The Completions Engineer is a systematic detail-oriented coordinator who ensures nothing falls through the cracks during the critical transition from construction and commissioning to licensed operations. This role also provides critical support to the Commissioning Manager and Test Engineers in ensuring readiness for turnover milestones and managing punchlist items. As systems progress toward turnover from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to operations, you'll work closely with the commissioning team to track turnover prerequisites, coordinate punchlist resolution, and ensure that all documentation and evidence files are ready to support turnover decisions. This role demands meticulous attention to detail in defining requirements and managing evidence files, a strong questioning attitude to probe whether evidence truly demonstrates readiness, and exceptional ability to influence across organizations and get things done through coordination, persistence, and relationship-building rather than formal authority. This role will be the operational readiness "system integrator"โ€”the person working toward a comprehensive view of readiness status across all functional areas, tracking progress, asking the hard questions when evidence looks incomplete, and driving closure on the countless details that collectively demonstrate the facility is ready for NRC authorization and safe operations.
