Lead critical care with purpose.

Trios Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee ICU operations, support staff development, and drive quality, accountability, and compassionate patient care. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about operational excellence and evidence-based practice.

Position overview

The Director, ICU leads departmental operations to support organizational goals, including patient care delivery, staffing, budget oversight, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead department goals, daily operations, and patient care performance.
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Manage budgets, audits, and operational resources.
  • Support compliance, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

What you'll bring

Qualifications

  • BLS and ACLS required.
