Job description

Our client is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist who is passionate about caring for children to join a small, supportive practice serving a diverse, family-centered community. This is an opportunity to provide full-scope pediatric dentistry with strong team support and access to specialty leadership.

Practice Details

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas (Geyer Springs area)
Schedule: Part-time (average less than 30 hours per week)
Patient Population: Pediatric patients
Setting: Pediatric Dental Clinic / Outpatient

Clinic Team:
• 1 Practice Manager
• 1 Front Desk staff
• 4 Dental Assistants

Scope of Practice
  • Full-scope pediatric dentistry
    • Preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric care
    • Sedation dentistry available (experience a plus)
    • Shared referrals with Westrock Orthodontics (Little Rock location)
    • Peer support available from Pediatric Specialty President, Dr. Sean Sebourn
Community & Language Support
  • Smaller practice serving a primarily Spanish-speaking, low-income community
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
    • Spanish-speaking support staff available for patient communication
What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality pediatric dental care
    • Perform exams, treatment planning, and pediatric procedures
    • Collaborate closely with assistants and front office staff
    • Support continuity of care and documentation standards
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
    • Pediatric Dentist preferred
    • General Dentists considered if passionate about treating children
    • Pediatric experience preferred
    • Sedation experience a plus
