Position Summary:

Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to the grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
  • Assist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
  • Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
  • Clean and wash vehicle.
  • Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. 

Qualifications:

  • CDL License - Or the ability to receive (with company assistance) after 90 days of employment.
  • Previous experience in a senior living community is preferred. 

All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.
