Job description

Job Summary:
Trident Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for one of our clients in Aliso Viejo, CA. The role involves administering and supporting multiple Salesforce applications and platforms, configuring Salesforce objects, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support multiple Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards
• Support Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially TrackWise Digital environments
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Provide Tier-2 support, support UAT, manage releases, and assist with integrations and data loads
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong communication and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Pleasant, professional, and business-facing demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Salesforce Administrator background with 3–4+ years of experience
• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience supporting highly integrated and validated business processes
Preferred:
• Experience with TrackWise Digital is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
• Candidates with both strong Salesforce Administration experience and exposure to TrackWise Digital will stand out significantly
• Candidates from medical device or life sciences organizations are strongly preferred due to the validated business process environment
