Hot 8 Yoga is GROWING and that means we are expanding our management team!
Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company.
Responsibilities include:
  • Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
  • Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
  • Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
  • Tracking studio budget
  • Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
  • Processing payroll
  • Oversee inventory
  • Work 5 Front Desk shifts
  • Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
  • Lead Teacher Trainings
  • Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Previous management experience is required.
Benefits:
  • Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
  • 2-weeks (10 days) PTO
