What is a triage assistant?

Triage Assistants are professionals who support healthcare teams by assessing and prioritizing patient needs, often in clinics, hospitals, or emergency settings. Excellent communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities are crucial for effectively interacting with patients and healthcare staff. These skills are essential to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate information gathering, and a positive patient experience in clinical settings.
