What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Staffing Coordinator at Triad Staffing, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Staffing Coordinator, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in recruitment or human resources, often supported by a relevant degree or HR certification. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office is typically required. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication set top candidates apart in this role.
