Job Description:

  • Client looking for someone who has had medical/surgical/clinical experience, chart review and/or operating room experience and should have an active license.
  • Identify complaint information from clinical databases.
  • Collect relevant Adverse Event information from clinical databases.
  • Work with clinical sites to collect additional information relevant to complaint reporting and investigation.
  • Perform medical record review to assist with FDA Medical Device Reporting and complaint investigation.
  • Respond to questions that complaint handling personnel may have and provide medical insight and expertise in relation to product complaints.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements for the above responsibilities.
  • this position will require a Bachelors in Nursing. Prior clinical experience would be preferred.
