Essential Functions

  • Under general supervision, the Non Licensed Employee performs support, administrative, clerical, technical, or patient-support duties as assigned. This role supports departmental operations and/or patient care services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.

    * Support daily operational workflows and team needs
    * Provide customer service to patients, families, staff, and visitors as appropriate
    * Accurately complete documentation, data entry, or records as required
    * Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
    * Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
    * Participate in required orientation, training, and transition-related activities
