Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and our website.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls and emails, providing support for account access and website functionality.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
  • Log and track customer interactions, preparing reports for supervisory review.
  • Assist customers with online account enrollments and maintain accurate website rates.
  • Perform follow-ups for unresolved customer concerns.
  • Provide backup support for other departments and assist with special projects.
  • Handle reception calls and manage interoffice mail distribution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience or 1 year in customer service at Tri City National Bank.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems, digital banking, and products including deposit, loan, and cardbase operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Basic PC skills, including familiarity with Windows and MS Office.
