SUMMARY

Tech Rally Flex (TRF) is a unique and customizable meeting solution providing clients with the ability to view and experience high tech computer solutions at the location of their choice. We provide everything a client needs to host their own onsite interactive high-tech experience. Shipping the latest Commercial, Consumer, Small Business, Gaming, peripherals and monitors directly to the client’s door allows their customers a convenient hands-on and in-person exploration of cutting-edge creative technology solutions. That’s Tech Rally Flex!

Reporting to the VP of Logistics at our Leander location, the TRF Coordinator's primary function is to support TRF program initiatives. When not actively fulfilling Tech Rally Flex responsibilities, the TRF Coordinator supports warehouse operations and the trucking-based Tech Rally Mobile program.

The TRF Coordinator role is public and client-facing, requiring regular travel, effective communication and computer skills, and a well-honed orientation to detail, organization, autonomous problem-solving, speed with accuracy, and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tech Rally Flex

  • Learn and become the Subject Matter Expert for current TRF inventory of products and TRF program processes/marketing language.
  • Coordinate TRF product inventory and logistics, communicate and actively interface with clients throughout the activation lifecycle to ensure program success.
  • Travel (approx. 30%) as needed to client destinations to receive products, perform onsite setup and activation of displays, assist during event, tear down and return ship inventory.
  • Always represent Brand Revolution and the client favorably, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly and knowledgeable customer-service orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and current TRF software database at all times:
    1. Add products to database
    2. Create reports + spreadsheets
    3. Document damages to inventory, ordering replacements as necessary
    4. Streamline processes for easy access/understanding
  • Quality-Control Inbound Inventory
    1. Receive inbound/returning client inventory
    2. Open and quality inspect all inbound inventory, including shipping containers
    3. Pull damaged items/document issue(s)
    4. Reconcile returned items to original client order/outbound shipment log
    5. Coordinate replacement of damaged inventory/containers/materials, when necessary
    6. Return quality-checked and approved items to physical inventory location in a ship-ready state
  • Quality-Control Outbound Inventory
    1. Accurately pull ship-ready physical inventory per client order
    2. Create and print shipping labels and apply to outbound inventory
    3. Schedule and ensure timely pickup of all client order items

Warehouse

  • Manage visual database of inventory items
  • Print appropriate labels
  • Assign warehouse space for inventory storage
  • Create reports as needed and requested
  • Manage receipt of freight, including unloading trucks
  • Create custom packaging and installations
  • Maintain warehouse for cleanliness and safety
  • Make deliveries and pickups using company vehicle
  • Refuel and wash company truck as needed
  • Elevate issues as needed for rapid resolution
  • Interact with inter-company team members as necessary to ensure project direction and completion
  • Follow all Brand Revolution company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required at manager’s direction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to report to Leander, TX warehouse daily
  • Able to travel up to 30% by land and air
  • Age 21+ as required for Driver insurance coverage
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver License
  • Record of safe driving for preceding 3 years as reported by MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check, in accordance with applicable laws

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Preferred: Forklift certification
