Position: Clinician (Licensed & Unlicensed)
Location: Trenton, FL

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and maintain clinical documentation
  • Support clients across early stages of recovery in a structured setting
Compensation & Bonuses
  • Unlicensed: $24.46/HR (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
  • Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
  • Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
  • Experience with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis
