Position Description:
At ABC, our ability to continuously provide quality care to our patients, as we continue to expand our footprint, is directly tied to our ability to hire, develop, and retain top tier talent. The Strategic Planning and Business Operations Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our talent management engine for BCBAs. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Planning amp; Business Operations and will work closely with our Vice President of Strategic Planning amp; Business Operations and other senior executives across Recruiting, Clinical and HR. To thrive in this role, you’ll not only bring sharp analytical and modeling skills, but also turn insights into action by partnering with a vast range of teams to drive outcomes.

Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central nervous system between Clinical, People Services, and Business Intelligence, to accelerate the early stages of ABC's Everest program.
  • Craft and deliver high-impact executive summaries for senior leadership, providing critical health metrics to steer ABC's Everest program.
  • Conduct rapid, ad-hoc analyses and trend forecasting to pivot, optimize, and directly influence the trajectory of ABC's Everest program’s rollout.
  • Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of our BCBA hiring data ecosystem. Synthesize data inflows from multiple sources and identify predictive trends that shape our growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with People Services and Finance members to align talent acquisition goals with financial realities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, economics, engineering, finance, or mathematics) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to ingest large data sets, synthesize key insights, and present KPIs through visually appealing reports and dashboards.
  • Strong strategic thinking capability. Ability to break down complex/ambiguous business problems into actionable drivers.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects.
  • Proactive and positive team player. Ability to build strong business relationships, foster teamwork, and influence decision-making across various functions and at multiple levels.
  • Ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Compensation amp; Schedule:
  • $85,000-$95,000 salary + annual performance bonus
