Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Foremen for our Telecommunication projects in our Chandler, AZ location. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Review plans and permits
  • Manage the crew and establish daily/weekly goals
  • Manage the equipment
  • Communicate with customer
  • Assign job duties
  • Monitor progress
  • Maintain a safe jobsite
  • Evaluate Teammatesââ‚Ââ„¢ performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License / Class A Commercial License is a plus
  • Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
  • Basic Knowledge of Aerial Placement is desired
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
  • 2-4 years experience in underground construction
  • Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers
  • Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired
  • Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
