The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Review plans and permits
- Manage the crew and establish daily/weekly goals
- Manage the equipment
- Communicate with customer
- Assign job duties
- Monitor progress
- Maintain a safe jobsite
- Evaluate Teammatesââ‚Ââ„¢ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License / Class A Commercial License is a plus
- Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
- Basic Knowledge of Aerial Placement is desired
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
- 2-4 years experience in underground construction
- Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers
- Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired
- Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
