We're seeking a Community Liaison. A natural connector, relationship builder, and ambassador - who is passionate about building meaningful partnerships, strengthening community relationships, and helping families access the support they need across the region.
Your Mission
As our Community Liaison, you'll be the face of The Treetop-introducing pediatricians, schools, behavioral health providers, and local organizations to the life-changing work we do.
Whether you're grabbing coffee with a pediatric practice, attending a community event, or connecting with referral partners, you'll be our local presence and trusted voice.
On this journey, you will:
  • Build and nurture relationships with pediatric providers, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners
  • Represent The Treetop at community events, site visits, and professional meetings throughout the region
  • Share our mission in ways that resonate and inspire trust
  • Respond promptly to incoming referrals to ensure families receive care without delay
  • Work closely with our intake and clinical teams for smooth service onboarding
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and untapped networks across the state
  • Track outreach efforts and insights to guide our growth in North Carolina

Requirements
The Tools You'll Need
We are looking for a candidate who combines the heart of a community advocate with the organizational mind of an operations expert.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in ABA intake, healthcare operations, or healthcare marketing/administration.
  • Location: Must live within commuting distance of Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Mobility: Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable with frequent regional travel during the outreach phase (mileage reimbursed).
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and customer service skills. You should be the type of person who solves a tricky challenge before your second cup of coffee.
  • Mindset: A strong communicator who works well independently and as part of a clinical team.
