Center Director โ€“ Arizona Clinic
Lead, Inspire, and Grow with Treetop ABA!

Are you ready to make an impact and lead a team thatโ€™s changing lives? Treetop ABA is opening a new clinic in Arizona and weโ€™re looking for a Center Director to take the reins and help build something amazing!

This is your chance to shape a clinic from the ground up, guide a passionate team, and make a difference every single day.

Position Overview: Center Director

As Center Director, youโ€™ll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care.

  • Salary: $105,000-$115,000 BASE plus additional bonus opportunities
  • Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends!
  • This CD opportunity is in our brand new Phoenix Center location. Additional locations available for BCBA roles
  • Two brand new incentives for full-time BCBAs! Student loan repayment and a fully paid 3 week Sabbatical! (details below)

  • Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of clinic staff
