We're looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our crew. If you love working outdoors, know your way around a harness and a chainsaw, and take pride in safe, skilled work we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role for someone with climbing experience who's ready to lead by example, support the ground crew, and help us get jobs done right.
Job Duties

  • Climb and prune trees using ropes, harnesses, and climbing systems
  • Safely remove limbs and trees using rigging techniques
  • Use chainsaws and hand tools in the tree and on the ground
  • Support or direct ground crew during removals and clean-up
  • Set up and maintain a safe worksite, including ropes and gear
  • Operate equipment such as chippers or aerial lifts (if qualified)
Requirements

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Proven climbing experience in residential or commercial tree work
  • Strong understanding of safe rigging, roping, and chainsaw operation
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
  • Reliable, on time, and a team player with strong communication
  • Must be 18 or older
Preferred (but not required):

  • Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
  • Familiarity with ANSI pruning and safety standards
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • ISA Certification or willingness to pursue
