A Solution Tree is not a specific job role; however, high-paying jobs that can reach $10,000 a month without a degree include roles like sales managers, real estate brokers, or skilled trades such as electricians and plumbers, especially with experience and certifications. Success in these fields often depends on skills, reputation, and performance rather than formal education.

These jobs can benefit from flexible schedules, short-term projects, and environments that minimize routine monotony.
