We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join an amazing team in Chico, CA. It has tree-lined streets, a vibrant university town atmosphere, and a gateway to the Northern California outdoors — Chico is one of California's best-kept secrets. It is the kind of place that is easy to enjoy for 13 weeks, and just as easy to stay.

Details of the opening:
  • Anticipated start date: Flexible
  • Salary range: Up to $2340 weekly
  • Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
  • Travel contract assignment or a full-time opportunity, based on candidate preference and availability
Range of Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
  • Implement fall prevention and safety strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in care planning and discharge planning
  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Active CA PT License
