Position Summary:
A Budget Tree Service is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team in Winter Springs, FL. This full-time, in-person role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations, customer communication, permitting, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Service
  • Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Serve as the first point of contact and set the tone for a positive customer experience
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns to determine appropriate next steps
  • Portray a positive and professional company image in all verbal and written communications
  • Remain knowledgeable about company services and refer technical questions as needed

Administrative & Office Support
  • Create job tickets and log customer requests accurately
  • Book and confirm appointments with customers
  • Follow up with sales staff regarding customer calls and service requests
  • Apply for, submit, and track municipal permits
  • Handle 811 calls
  • Maintain accurate records, filing, and company-required documentation
  • Assist colleagues with general administrative duties as needed

Community & Team Support
  • Prepare for and occasionally participate in community and company events, including some weekend events
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of related customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet-based systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and anticipate work needs with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
