Job description

Tree CDL/Laborer - $30/HR

HTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, HI

HTM Contractors, Inc., a leading service contractor in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Boom Truck Driver (CDL Driver) to join our dynamic team. We specialize in a range of services including tree service, junk removal, roll-off dumpster rental, environmental cleaning, and street sweeping. Our team members are proud of the work we do and thrive in our high-performance culture. As a Boom Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our technical tree care projects, operating top-of-the-line equipment and contributing to our commitment to service excellence.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $30 per hour
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
  • Weekly Pay

The Work:

  • Perform daily DVIR inspections before using any truck or equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment.
  • Report any issues with the truck or equipment to the Fleet and Facility manager.
  • Operate a dump truck, bucket truck, and wood chipper.
  • Ensure safety in the work zone/area with appropriate traffic signage, cones, and arrow board.
  • Assist with the cleanup of debris from tree trimmings/removals.
  • Load all tools and equipment used onto company trucks/equipment.

Requirements:

  • CDL A or B License is required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Preferred Tree, construction, or heavy labor experience
  • Reliable, safety-focused
  • Team player who shows up ready to work
