Job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsman to support our tree care operations. This position is crucial to the success of the crew, assisting with driving, ground-level tasks, equipment handling, and job site cleanup. This role plays a key role in ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist climbers in performing all aspects of the tree removal and pruning services safely and skillfully for our clients
  • Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including: Chainsaws, aerial lifts and more.
  • Tree debris and log clean up.
  • Small equipment operation - skid steer, mini skid steer, and stump grinder.
  • Operating ropes in tree removal rigging operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

What We're Looking For:
  • Love for trees and the outdoors
  • CDL preferred, willingness to obtain a CDL if you don't have one.
  • Pass a DOT and drug screen required.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be willing to work in inclement weather.

When We Work:
Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be available 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend hours are minimal, but can be required. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the season and emergency storm work.
