AVIVA consists of 108 multifamily units positioned over ground-floor commercial space. Offering micro, studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, AVIVA is all about access, activity and great amenities, including spacious common areas, fitness center, state-of-the-art terrace deck overlooking the signature mohawk Rockwood MAX station, and walkability to exciting new businesses and restaurants. AVIVA Apartments seeks a Maintenance Lead to join the Maintenance team. The successful candidate will provide maintenance, repair and landscaping as well as ensure compliance with safety and property security.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $25.00 - $28.50 DOE
