Crew Leaders, Climbers and Groundsman Apply Today!

Joshua Tree Experts is expanding in Charlotte and looking for skilled tree care professionals to join our growing team. We're hiring for three key roles: Crew Leaders, Tree Climbers, and Groundsman. If you're experienced in the field and want to work for a company that values safety, professionalism, and employee development, we want to hear from you.

Groundsman

  • Assist crews with pruning, removals, and cleanup

  • Operate chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools

  • Set up safety zones and follow all safety procedures

Tree Climber

  • Perform aerial tree pruning and removals

  • Use climbing gear or aerial lifts

  • Work closely with the crew leader and guide grounds crew

Crew Leader

  • Manage a 2-4 person crew on residential and commercial jobs

  • Oversee safety and efficiency on-site

  • Communicate with clients and ensure work meets high standards

Requirements (varies by role):

  • 2+ years of tree care experience (5+ for Crew Leader)

  • Valid driver's license

  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment use

  • Leadership and communication skills for Crew Leader and Climber roles
