Job description

Overview
The Treasury Solutions Operations Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, procedures, efficiencies, and compliance for Treasury Solutions and/or commercial deposit products. This position will serve as a resource for complex questions and issues, some technical, through inbound service interactions with various Treasury Solutions team members as well as other areas of the bank.
Locations listed are the preferred office locations but other locations within the Renasant footprint may be considered based upon convenience and business necessity.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in various phases of the development, implementation, operations, and settlement process of commercial deposit products and Treasury Solutions products
  • Evaluate current system application and recommend process improvements and enhanced workflow options
  • Assist Treasury Solutions Operations Management team in the implementation
  • Through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs, work with Operations Manager and/or Product Manager to evaluate objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and then executing
  • Provide regular written updates to management on daily activities as well as projects that are in progress
  • Monitor relationships with outside vendors, as appropriate, in partnership with other areas of the bank, including but not limited to Deposit Operations, IT, Compliance, and other Bank departments
  • Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all compliance regulations pertinent by successful completion of any courses assigned on a timely basis
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information according to regulatory guidelines and company policies
  • Participate in project or application testing as requested
  • Assist with keeping operational procedures manual updated for each area of Treasury Solutions Operations
  • Adhere to Renasant Bank's Service Standards Policy and Core Values - RNSTX
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial banking experience including relevant experience in Treasury Management
  • Experience in process improvement activities and project management preferred
  • Ability to develop rapport easily with peers and internal partners
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to efficiently and effectively achieve goals
  • Understand and apply policies and procedures and federal/state regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in order to address complex responses and solutions
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills
  • PC Proficiency with various systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products
