Job description

A Brief Overview

The Treasury Analyst completes routine Treasury functions while supporting client-facing customer issues for both the Corporate Treasury and the Cash Management teams.

What you will do
  • Serve as an administrator on banking portals and the Treasury Management System (TMS) to set up banking access for new users and entitlements, facilitate daily cash positioning ensuring sufficient funds availability across accounts, including extraction and approval of wire payments.
  • Own the bank account opening and closing processes and associated KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements/processes.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance, performance, and documentation of SOX/Internal Controls related to banking activities.
  • Investigate and resolve any investment compliance notifications received from vendor.
  • Monitor the team inbox and ensure prompt uptake and response to ad hoc requests of Corporate Treasury from both internal and external partners.
  • Execute routine departmental functions in support of ongoing operations.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts of the company’s banking structure, including analysis of banking fees and collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Provide ad hoc support, analysis, and execution for various facets of capital markets and investments activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • Typically 2+ years experience in Treasury, ideally Cash Management required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.
  • Comfortable operating in situations with ambiguous or incomplete information and ability to make sound judgments therewithin.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)-AFP preferred.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $63,600.00 to $107,250.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in‑office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
