  • Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare quarterly and annual calculations and certificates in accordance with credit agreements.
  • Budget and forecast interest income and expense, analyze variances, and provide insights to support financial planning.
  • Manage excess operating cash to optimize interest revenue while maintaining appropriate liquidity.
  • Act as an authorized signatory on bank accounts and approve electronic cash disbursements in accordance with Firm policies and internal controls.
  • Facilitate line of credit renewals and coordinate related requirements with bankers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate letters of credit, rental guarantees, and performance guarantees with banking partners and internal teams.
  • Review new escrow arrangements to ensure compliance with Firm escrow policies and applicable control requirements.
  • Assist partners seeking external financing to meet capital requirements.

  • Serve as the Firm's internal primary contact for insurance-related needs, including requests for certificates of insurance.
  • Demonstrate leadership and training skills to support the continued development of staff within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
  • MBA or advanced degree in finance or accounting strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and global treasury operations with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate treasury, banking, and financial concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship management and listening skills, with the ability to build credibility with leadership, partners, banks, brokers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations, resolve issues effectively, and mitigate risk in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, creativity, and ownership of responsibilities and requests.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research issues, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Effective team builder and motivator with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining appropriate communication and accountability.

The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance.
