The Manager, Treasury Services ("Manager") is responsible for supervising daily treasury operations, ensuring efficient account administration, electronic transfer processing, cash monitoring, and adherence to Treasury SOPs and internal controls. This role supports the Senior Manager, Treasury Services by overseeing the team's daily workload, resolving escalations, guiding associates, and maintaining high service levels for internal and external stakeholders. The Manager plays a key role in process accuracy, risk mitigation, and operational consistency across multiple markets. Responsibilities and market coverage may expand as business needs and departmental growth dictate.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of treasury associates responsible for processing treasury requests through the CRM ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Provide daily coaching, training, and guidance to treasury associates to promote accuracy, efficiency, service quality, and adherence to internal controls. Maintain staffing coverage and contingency plans to ensure on-time service delivery during periods of unexpected absences or transitions.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel actions including promotions, disciplinary measures, and terminations.

  • Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Directly supervises Treasury Associates and Specialists responsible for account administration, electronic funds transfers, cash monitoring, and banking documentation.

  • Provides ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to build team capabilities and ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Establishes clear objectives , priorities, and service standards for the Treasury team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests and issue resolution.

  • Monitors daily workflows, reallocates resources, and manages workloads to meet program goals, deadlines, and client needs.

Essential Duties:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Business Administration, or related field ( Master's degree or MBA preferred).

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in treasury, banking, finance, or shared services, including leadership or people management responsibilities.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to interpret financial data and drive business outcomes.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence, present, and partner effectively with executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience leveraging DocuSign , Smartsheet, and Zendesk for process automation and workflow management is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of banking platforms, treasury functions, and controls related to account management, signature authority, cash management, and risk management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver results through collaboration and innovation
