Job description

Initiating a search for a CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER for a mid-sized ($100MM+), industry recognized leader that is aggressively growing (both organically and through acquisitions) and that has a national customer base and footprint. Position will have responsibility for leading a small/mid-sized team of experienced accounting/finance professionals (financial reporting & analysis, cash/treasury/risk, BOD/investors decks/presentations, month-end close, financial (and some operational) reporting & analysis, transactional accounting, etc.)

Unique opportunity for an experienced accounting & finance leader who is looking to leverage their existing knowledge/skillset and be at the table and part of helping this company reach its' potential!

Experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in the accounting and finance sector
  • 5+ years’ experience managing accountants and the entire accounting and finance process
  • CPA required
Salary $160K - $220K, real cash bonus potential, equity participation, attractive benefit package and very attractive culture/work environment!!
