What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead treasury activities related to investments, liquidity management, wholesale funding, and balance sheet optimization.
  • Manage and provide strategic oversight of the fixed-income investment portfolio, including performance monitoring and risk analysis.
  • Develop recommendations on funding strategies, interest rate risk positioning, liquidity planning, and capital deployment.
  • Present treasury, investment, and balance sheet insights to executive leadership, ALCO, and other governance committees.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and external advisors to support regulatory readiness and policy compliance.
  • Oversee treasury reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Execute approved investment, funding, and hedging transactions within policy and risk parameters.
  • Support long-term treasury planning and prepare to assume broader Treasurer responsibilities over time.
What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive treasury, investment management, ALM, capital markets, or balance sheet management experience.
