GENERAL SUMMARY
The Treasury Management Sales Analyst (TMSA) serves as a subject matter expert and primary support resource for Treasury Management Sales Consultants, Retail Banking Offices, and assigned Commercial and Business Banking lending teams. This position acts as a Treasury Management help desk, providing guidance on treasury products, pricing, implementation processes, service capabilities, and client onboarding requirements.
The Treasury Management Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting revenue generation efforts by assisting frontline sales teams with treasury management opportunities, proposal development, product recommendations, operational coordination, and client service support. This position does not carry individual sales production goals and instead focuses on enabling successful treasury management sales outcomes through consultation, analytics, operational support, and service excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Treasury Management Sales Support
  • Serve as the primary Treasury Management support resource for designated retail branch offices and assigned lending units.
  • Provide day-to-day treasury management guidance to branch personnel, lenders, business bankers, and Treasury Management Sales Consultants.
  • Respond to product inquiries, implementation questions, pricing requests, and service-related issues through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Assist Treasury Management Sales Consultants with client and prospect opportunities by identifying appropriate treasury products and solutions based on client needs.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with retail banking, lending units, and treasury management operations, implementation and support teams.

Treasury Management Help Desk Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for treasury management questions from branches and lending teams.
  • Research and resolve moderately complex product, operational, and service inquiries.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with Treasury Management Implementation Services (TMIS), Operations, Product Management, Deposit Operations, and other internal partners.
  • Escalate complex client or operational issues to appropriate departments and monitor resolution through completion.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of treasury management products, procedures, service standards, and operational processes.

Client Onboarding and Operational Coordination
  • Partner with Treasury Management Sales Consultants and TMIS teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
  • Assist with implementation scheduling, documentation requirements, service setup coordination, and training preparation & scheduling.
  • Communicate service level expectations and implementation timelines to internal partners and clients.
  • Track onboarding activities and provide status updates to relationship teams.

Compliance and Risk Management
  • Maintain awareness of applicable banking regulations, policies, procedures, and risk management requirements.
  • Ensure treasury management support activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory and bank standards.
  • Participate in audits, reviews, and compliance-related initiatives as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant banking experience may be considered.

Experience:
  • AVP, 2-5 + / VP 5-7 years + of Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Treasury Implementation, or related financial services experience.
  • Experience supporting treasury management sales consultants, lending teams, and business client preferred.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products including ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Wires, Commercial Cards, Account Analysis, treasury pricing methodologies, and Online Banking platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of commercial banking, client onboarding processes, and cash management operations preferred.

Skills/Ability:
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and treasury management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly desired.

OTHER DETAILS
AVP: $85,900 - $101,700 / year
VP: $114,200 - $135,700 / year
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
