We are looking for an experienced Treasury M&A and Transformation Manager to lead strategies, process development and organizational transformation for our consulting services. Our services focus on core treasury and risk management strategies, M&A, treasury transformations and treasury technology.

You will lead a team and will be responsible for client relationship management, project and engagement leadership, solutioning challenges with the client, and directing on-time, high-quality delivery of work products.

This position will focus on building and strengthening client relationships through strong consulting services leadership and delivery. The position provides excellent opportunities to contribute to the following:

  • Lead the definition, planning, and execution of treasury M&A and transformation services that support cash and liquidity management, banking, intercompany, trade management, and financial risk management
  • Manage engagement teams and serve as a key liaison between Deloitte and client teams in delivering cross-functional outcomes driven by or involving treasury
  • Own project plans, budgets, and deliverables development, ensuring quality parameters and timelines are met across client engagement programs
  • Lead client communication, relationship development, and retention, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders

  • Coach, mentor, and develop consulting staff, supporting their professional growth and performance

We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. This empowers our clients to deliver greater value to their business partners and investors.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required
  • 6+ years of consulting or major corporation treasury experience with a focus on transformation and M&A
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, FX and funding
  • Demonstrated experience leading treasury transformations, M&A, or Treasury management system implementations
  • Experience managing project teams, budgets, and client relationships
  • Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sector you serve
  • Limited visa sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial in nature: resourcefulness; flexibility; creativity; energy and versatility
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
