Job description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients in conjunction with the Lenders and Retail banking staff

• Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate solutions to best fit the needs of the client

• Performs treasury product onboarding and maintenance to all TM clients and troubleshooting which includes online access, ACH, positive pay, RDC Installs and renewals

• Support the onboarding process for new treasury management clients, including gathering required documentation and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transition

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments to support sales efforts

• Respond to client and internal inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner

• Assess products, services, rates and fees in the market and make recommendations to complete deposit relationship analysis

• Be an active member in the community and participate in events that promote the bank.


Qualifications, Experience, Education, Technical Knowledge:

• Associate degree or equivalents banking experience

• Previous experience in a customer support role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

• Expert knowledge in treasury services and commercial banking

• Ability to work directly with clients in person, on the phone or email
