Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Functional Consultant to support treasury transformation, implementation, and functional initiatives for a leading consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Treasury Management / Corporate Treasury experience and the ability to translate treasury business requirements into effective functional solutions.

  • Serve as a Senior Treasury Functional SME supporting end-to-end treasury processes.
  • Analyze and document treasury business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Support treasury transformation, implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
  • Work with business stakeholders, treasury teams, IT teams, banking partners, and technology vendors.
  • Support key treasury processes, including:
    • Cash & Liquidity Management
    • Cash Forecasting
    • Bank Account Management
    • Payments & Collections
    • In-House Banking
    • Intercompany Funding
    • FX and Hedging
    • Treasury Risk Management
  • Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, UAT, and validation.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and user documentation.
  • Support integrations between Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, banks, and external systems.
  • Assist with production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings and lead functional discussions when required.
  • Travel to client locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Treasury Management / Corporate Treasury experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Treasury Functional Consultant, Treasury Practitioner, or Treasury Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of global treasury processes and controls.
  • Experience with one or more Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
  • Experience with treasury implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, payments, bank connectivity, and treasury operations.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and UAT.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Big 4 / consulting organizations.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or global treasury environments.
  • Experience with SAP Treasury, SAP S/4HANA Treasury, Kyriba, FIS, Quantum, GTreasury, or other TMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, bank connectivity, payment formats, and banking integrations.
  • Experience with treasury transformation and global implementations.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience.
