Join our loving and enthusiastic team managing the corporate accounts for two well-known hotel locations, Holiday Inn & Suites (MO), Ramada by Wyndham (NE) and Comfort Suites (IA). Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts and oversee follow-up on problematic accounts.
  • Ensure timely processing of month-end closing reports, forecasts, and variance reports with accuracy.
  • Assist General Managers and Operations Manager in controlling and tracking hotel inventories.
  • Supervise finance office staff by assigning tasks and monitoring accuracy.
  • Calculate and produce daily deposit transmittals for cash and checks received.
