Job description

This role will support the Private Bank's treasury solutions strategy. This role is critical to driving innovation, influencing executive strategy, and positioning Citizens as a market leader. Primary responsibilities include driving strategy, the vision for new and existing solutions, defining pricing and helping to drive performance, as well as shaping go-to-market strategies. This is achieved by partnering with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, Division Leaders and Executive Leadership within Private Bank, as well as by developing strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues and Executives.

Primary Responsibilities

Articulate a compelling vision for treasury solutions and influence executive stakeholders to gain alignment and support.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence across all product offerings.

Drive comprehensive market research and continuously benchmark our capabilities against the industry.

Manage and optimize the pricing strategy for fees and partner with cross-functional teams to implement changes

Help envision future solutions and benefits and partner with cross-functional teams to execute

Engage with colleagues, devising solutions which successfully optimizes their clients' working capital

Further refine the engagement model with Commercial with an aim to drive efficiencies and gain historical knowledge from experts

Fully define and ratify the exception process, owning the end to end experience and monitoring adherence

Assist with go-to-market strategies including but not limited to marketing collateral, internal training and job aids, operationalizing new benefits/solutions, etc.

Champion data-driven decision-making and performance measurement across the product suite

Optimize existing solutions and deliver new solutions which further support the Private Bank growth and meet client needs

Further develop reporting; performance, adherence, HHLD/BB growth, fee revenue/cost, products/solutions, etc.

Educate internal stakeholders on pricing tools and policies, and serve as subject expert for pricing queries

Proven experience and expertise within Commercial Banking, Treasury and Payments

Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional partners/LOBs, Division Leaders and Executive Leadership

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $145,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
